We’re opening the Library again!
Join us for one of our Wine Club exclusive Library Luncheons with Cinder owner, Joe Schnerr. This is a great opportunity to spend some time with the Cinder Family and sample some of our older vintages of Mourvèdre. You’ll even have the chance to purchase some of these library wines, something we rarely offer. Only 16 tickets will be sold for each day, so we encourage that you don’t delay!

The luncheon will be catered by Chef John Cuevas, a James Beard Finalist and owner of local restaurant, Madre.
First Course: Corn Soup— Chorizo and Parmesan

Second Course: Prosciutto and Apple Salad—Wild Rocket and Braised Onion Vinaigrette
Paired with: 2012 Mourvèdre
Third Course: Braised Short Rib— Aged Cheddar Grits, Spoon Spinach, Braising Jus
Paired with: 2016 Small Lot Series Mourvèdre “Decade”
Fourth Course: Fourme d’Ambert Blue Cheese— Roasted Grapes, Marcona Almonds, ver Jus & Takeaway Chocolates
