How can I set my online order to Pick Up instead of Shipping?

At checkout, select “EDIT” next to your default shipping address for the pick up option! You order will then be ready for pick up at the winery anytime during business hours;

What is the Loyalty club and how do I become a part of it?

Loyalty Club at Cinder

As a thank-you to our most dedicated members, anyone in the 6- or 12-bottle club for 5 or more years is automatically upgraded to our Loyalty Club. No need to apply—we’ll contact you by phone or email when you qualify. This exclusive tier unlocks elevated perks, including:

  • 20% or 15% off all purchases (20% for 12 Club members and 15% for 6 club members) — an upgrade from your current club discount

  • Invitations to exclusive Loyalty-only events

  • Early access to new wines and behind-the-scenes releases

  • More time with our winemaker and founder

Please note: the 3-bottle club is not eligible for Loyalty Club benefits. However, if you were previously in the 3-club and later upgraded to a 6 or 12 bottle club, your time in the 3-club still counts toward the 5-year requirement. Once you qualify, we’ll let you know!
