I'm in the Cinder Wine Club, when is the next Allocation, events and shipping occur?

The Timeline for the 2024 Spring Release Is Listed Below:

Pickup Club Members: Here’s your Timeline….  

  • March 20th:
    • Pick Up Member allocations will be placed in your online cart… you can start to customize your case of wine.
    •  Spring Release Tastings begin at the Winery and run till May 1st.  Make a reservation or drop In. You can customize your allocation after tasting the wines!
  • April 6th (Saturday) & April 14th (Sunday):  Pick Up Parties for Wine Club Members and their Guests (please choose just one).
  • April 18th:  Remaining Pick Up Members who have not selected their allocations will have their card on file charged. You can still change your allocations when you come pick up your wines.
  • May 1st: Spring Release Tastings End
  • May 29-31: Any remaining “Pick Up” allocations are shipped out via FedEx at Member’s expense.

Shipping Club Members: Here’s your Timeline….

  • March 1st: “Shipping” Club Members allocations placed in their online cart, you can start to customize your allocation.
  • March 8th: “Shipping” Club Member allocations are charged to their account.
  • March 11-14: “Shipping” Club Member allocations go out via FedEx

When can I pick up my wines at the winery?

  Club Members can start to pickup their Spring 2024 Wine Club Allocations on Wednesday, March 20th at the winery. Please ensure you visit during business hours, Wednesday to Sunday (1 to 7pm). 

What is in my Allocation?

-Ship Club Members- You’ll be able to view your allocation in your online account starting March 1st.

-Pick Up Club Members- you’ll be able to view your allocation in your online account starting March 20th.

Remember that Cinder 12 Bottle Wine Club Members can adjust their allocation before taking their wines home!

Several of our wines are produced in such limited quantities that we couldn’t include them in every club package. (Small Lot Series!).  Don’t hesitate to add a bottle to your order if you’d like.

What are the events you are hosting to celebrate the new wines?

There are many ways to enjoy the new wines this Spring!

From March 20th- May1st we will be hosting 90 Minute guided tastings of the new Spring Wines in our Garden City Tasting Room!  Book your reservation for a Spring Tasting Here. We are open Wednesday to Sunday, 1pm-7pm. Last tasting nightly is at 5:30pm.

We will also be throwing TWO  Pick Up Parties at the winery if you’re looking for something outside of the norm of a traditional tasting! Pick Up Parties will be on Saturday, April 6th & Sunday, April 14th. These are fun, open house style affairs. Sip some stellar wines, enjoy light bites from The Basque Market and rub elbows with the Winemaking Team. Please note there are no table reservations these days-  it’s an “open house” style event. Purchase your tickets for a Pick Up Party HERE!

How can I set my online order to Pick Up instead of Shipping?

At checkout, select “EDIT” next to your default shipping address for the pick up option! You order will then be ready for pick up at the winery anytime during business hours;
