Why Nice Line?
Nice Line is our passion project to bring great, affordable wine to the ski slopes combining two of our favorite things: a day on the mountain & a fine wine afterwards.
But the icing on the cake came when we thought about how to use this passion project to spread the love of the outdoors with the wider community.
Impressed by organizations such as Outdoors For All, Higher Ground and Idaho Adaptive Sports we decided to do our little part in supporting the enjoyment of the outdoors for all in our community.
That’s why Cinder Winery has begun making donations each year to sponsor adaptive-sport athletes.
Proceeds from Nice Line help us fund those donations and raise awareness about these great programs.
About the Wine
Nice Line Red (GSM blend)
Grenache, Syrah & Mourvedre are hand picked, fermented for approximately 6 days (on the skins) and then aged in 70% neutral oak barrels and 30% new American oak.
The wine rests and flavors integrate for 18 months in barrel. Then they are blended, bottled and brought to market in time for ski season. You’ll find layers of red and black fruit and a medium body, perfect for Apres Ski recovery and storytelling!
Nice Line White (Grüner Veltliner)
These rare and aromatic white grapes are machine picked and then fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures for 3 weeks. We bottle them quickly in January to preserve freshness and aromatics. Wonderful flavors of stone fruit & all spice greet you while the acidity refreshes the palate. Perfrect for reflecting on the day on the mountain!

Look for us in Jackson Hole, the slopes of the Wasatch mountains in Utah and the ski hills of Idaho with plans for more to come!
