Dear Wine Club Members,
Melanie and her amazing Winemaking Team have created 9 (Nine!) new wines for you to enjoy in this year’s Cinder Fall Wine Club Allocation. Make sure you look over all the wines and make sure you don’t miss anything. We have some classics returning such as Tempranillo and Valentina but also some wines we have never created before, including a gorgeous white wine made from the Verdejo grape and a “Super-Tuscan” inspired red wine we call “Vera”.
On July 13th we will have all these wines up on the website for you to review. Please remember that you can contact our Wine Club Liaisons with any questions or concerns. They’ve been studying these wines deeply and would love to assist you in finding the right mix of wines for your allocation.
We are also excited to unveil a new format for our Release Parties this August:
-From Monday, August 10th through Sunday, August 23rd we will be hosting small, intimate events (30 guests maximum) to celebrate the new wines with you. The tasting room will be closed for these two weeks in order to accommodate these tasting experiences.
-There will be two seated “Tasting Experience” parties per day. Each “Tasting Experience” will last roughly 90 Minutes and include gorgeous select bites prepared by a local chef. Your host at each of these events will be either Winemaker Melanie Krause, Assistant Winemaker Hailey Alexander, or Founder Joe Schnerr.
-Time slots on Monday-Friday are 2pm and 5:30pm. Time slots on Saturday and Sunday are 11am and 2:30pm.
-At all times we will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness and Covid-19 Compliant protocols, including maintaining six feet between tables.
-Instead of purchasing single tickets for these events, we are asking you to reserve a table for either a 2, 4, or 6 “top” for you to fill up and enjoy. Tickets will be $40 per person. We encourage you to bring friends or fellow Wine Club Members with you if you have extra room at your table. Please be aware that no groups larger than six can be accommodated and there will be no discounts for unfilled seats.
-During these two weeks we will continue to operate our Pickup Window and Patio area in case you want to pick up your Allocation and/or enjoy a glass of wine outside with friends. We cannot do tastings outside on the patio due to limited staffing and space.
