Join us for a special night as we take you through our very first Future’s Dinner at Cinder.
This evening will be focused on the upcoming 2017 vintage of Tempranillos that Melanie created from three different viticultural areas (Idaho’s Snake River Valley, Oregon’s Umpqua Valley and Washington’s Columbia Valley).
We will greet you with a sparkling opener and then as we gather into small groups, you’ll enjoy a relaxed walkthrough of barrel samples led by our trained staff where you’ll explore the different nuances of the Tempranillos and find out if there’s a favorite among them for you. After our barrel sampling we’ll enjoy a gorgeous, Basque-inspired, family style feast brought to you by the chefs of Txikiteo, David King and Dan Ansotegui.
Throughout dinner, Cinder owners, Joe & Melanie, will open unique Cinder Tempranillos including our 2016 Reserve and a special bottle from our older vintages in the Cinder Library. The evening will conclude with an opportunity to secure the 2017 Tempranillo Vintage at special pricing— before it becomes available to the anyone else. Production levels of these wines are very low so we encourage anyone who is a big fan of Cinder Tempranillo to consider attending.
